These moves are mostly used in Acrobatic rock and roll, involve flyer flying around the base. Note that partial moves are often used in other dances like West coast swing, Salsa etc. Partial scarf or scarf with twist seems to be most popular.

A.k.a. inverse shoulderbal in Acrobatic R&R. Flyer is facing opposite direction but otherwise movement is same as regular helicopter. Not sure I've seen it.
